Reply Thanks to this post, I’ve finally got round to importing all my book reviews from my LiveJournal blog into my WordPress one, as I finally got tired of not being able to search for older book reviews that were still only on LJ. I had a bavuettes experience with another book set in Paris “the best walk in the world” or something and it was so arrogant and writer-centered.
The Man with No Face He was only in Paris from his native America because someone had threatened his life after some criminal confidences were broken. For Si, being bullied as the fat kid in class was part of his daily school routine.
Today the tradition continues and writers still find their way to this bizarre establishment, one of them being Jeremy Mercer.

This Pym week has been very bad for my TBR resolutions. What confused me too was the fact that Mercer kept saying what a wonderful person George was, yet the way he portrayed him was as a rude, grumpy old man who perved after young girls 65 bbedbugs younger than him!
